Our History and Purpose

Origins

Founded in 2018 by Professor Guilherme Brenner Lucchesi, the firm was created to offer highly specialized criminal defense by combining academic research with litigation practice.

Growth

Between 2019 and 2024, we expanded nationwide, bringing together professionals from diverse backgrounds and joining the Ibero-American Network of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Ibero-American Presence

In 2019, we were invited to represent the State of Paraná in the Ibero-American Network of Criminal Defense Lawyers. This partnership enhances our ability to act in multijurisdictional investigations, facilitate international cooperation requests, and exchange best practices in compliance and economic criminal law.

To protect individuals and companies through technical, ethical, and innovative advocacy.

To be a national reference in criminal defense strategies and victim protection, contributing to the improvement of the Brazilian legal system.
