Graduated, Master of Laws (LL.M., Cornell Law School), and Ph.D. in Law (UFPR), Professor Guilherme Lucchesi has over 15 years of experience defending individuals and companies in complex investigations, high-profile police operations, and strategic criminal cases throughout Brazil. He is the founding partner of Lucchesi Advocacia (2018) and leads academic research on criminal evidence and corporate liability, with a focus on money laundering, corporate fraud, environmental crimes, and electoral offenses. He has acted in major operations and nationally significant cases, such as Lava Jato, Quadro Negro, Piloto, Integração, January 8, and Raio-X.
